A bit about therapy

I have been practicing mental health counseling since 2008. I have worked in non-profit and clinic based settings. I provide counseling services to adolescents and adults in the Plattsburgh area. My focus is empowering and helping others cope with a variety of issues/things that life can throw in one's way. I believe in building on one's strengths to empower someone to manage their symptoms/coping skills/stressors in life. I see clients ages 14 and up.
